Located on the edge of a commuter campus and within vast surface parking lot, this new facility provide connection between campus pedestrian modernist low rise classroom buildings and direct adjacent neighboring single family suburban bungalows. This center serves both the children of college students and local residents with providing nursery and playground experience emphasizing children development and social skills.

Inspired by the gardens, porches and cottages of earlier childhood education facility, cluster of nurseries reflecting a small campus environment to enclose central courtyard playground.

Influence by Mid-century architecture with modernist courtyard houses as domestic in scale and character to create articulation of material and finishes.
