Surakata is a cultural heritage city in Central Java, Indonesia of 520,000 people with 44 km2 area. Once consisted of multiple royalty kingdoms, Solo preserve traditional ritual lifestyle. Together with Yogyakarta, Solo is the heir of the Mataram Kingdom that was split into two kingdoms in 1755.

Lippo Group received approval to develop mixed-use of Retail podium: 28,000m2 with 9 cinema halls-4,500m2, Hotel: 7,500m2-120 rooms, Hospital: 21,000m2, & School: 15,000 m2.

Accented facade design emulate local traditional fabric pattern as translated onto printed glass panels.
