Project site is the existing upper portion of the current property, consists of approximately 4.5 acres, and located within the Mulholland Scenic Parkway Specific Plan Institutional Corridor and the Brentwood-Pacific Palisades Community Planning District.

The 4.5 acres site contain components of four single story buildings with classrooms, computer workrooms, technology/media center space, art center, meeting hall, student lounge and administrative space.
